Our proposal for the Dubai House of the Future reimagines the home as an Adaptive Oasis—a climate-responsive sanctuary rooted in Emirati spatial traditions of courtyard living, privacy hierarchy, and social hospitality. The design evolves through a modular, system-based framework that optimizes setbacks, maximizes usable space, and allows the house to grow with changing family needs. Integrating passive cooling strategies, shaded transitional zones, and smart technologies, the architecture balances cultural continuity with innovation—creating a resilient, future-ready home that is sustainable, scalable, and deeply contextual to Dubai’s environment.
